Rye, Rosso Vermouth, Pernod, New Orleans Red Bitters. A manhattan riff with delightful French Creole influence and a nice welcome hit of anise licorice.

45 mL (1.5 oz) Straight Rye (50% ABV) / Porty Spice - Stillhead Distillery
22 mL (¾ oz) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt
5 mL (1/6oz) Anise Liqueur / Pernod
3 Dashes New Orleans Red Bitters / Rootside Bitters
Stir ingredients on ice until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange twist
