Bianco Vermouth, Elderflower liqueur, blueberry rooibos vodka, amaro. This one came from the Negroni Template but it’s more suited for those who don’t like Negroni. It goes down like a juicebox, Strong Blueberry and Rooibos up front, elderflower coming in behind, complimenting the blueberry and Bianco Vermouth. The Amaro Classico give slight citrus along with subtle bitter and spice. Honestly, this one is dangerously good and way too easy to drink.

Ingredients

1oz (30 mL) Blueberry Rooibos Vodka / Taynton Bay Spirits

¼ oz (10 mL) Elderflower Liqueur / Elder Bros. Farm

1oz (30 mL) Bianco Vermouth / Esquimalt

¾ oz (20 mL) Amaro classico - Okanagan Spirits

Absinthe Rinse - Okanagan Spirits
Directions
Add a barspoon of Absinthe to your coupe glass and swirl it around to rinse. Pour back remaining absinthe into bottle (or just drink it with a little water). Stir other ingredients on ice to chill and strain into absinthe rinsed glass. Garnish with a lemon peel. Enjoy!
