Classic Dry Tonic Water Mix

This tonic pairs incredibly with bold, flavourful new-world gins, but we were blown away by how good it is with Esquimalt Wine Company's Dry Vermouth. It's the unexpected new usual at our house. Mix 3/4 oz Classic Dry Tonic Mix with 4 oz Dry Vermouth and 4-5 oz Sparkling Water. A low-ABV dazzler!

250 mL - Makes 8-10 drinks, just add sparkling water!

Mix: 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Tonic Water Mix, ice, your favourite spirit and top with sparkling water to taste. This is a classic tonic, made better. Pairs best with a bold local gin.

Ingredients: Water, cane sugar, orange peel, citric acid, malic acid, sea salt, sodium benzoate, natural quinine 

Shelf-life: Unopened, it will last 1 year - once open, keep refrigerated and it’ll last for at least 12 weeks, if not longer
