1 1/2 oz London Dry Gin / Stillhead Distillery

1 1/2 oz Kina-Rouge / Esquimalt Wine Company

Lemon Twist

Fill a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist. 

 

Kina & Soda

 

3 oz Kina-Rouge / Esquimalt Wine Company

3 oz Sparkling Water

In a ice filled highball glass, mix ingredients and gently stir. Enjoy!

3/4 oz Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt Wine Company

Barspoon Orange Liqueur (Manitou) / Legend Distilling

Barspoon Marachino Liqueur / Okanagan Spirits

Kina Colada

 1 1/2 oz Demerara Spiced Rum  /  Lemon Hart 

1 oz Kina-Rouge / Esquimalt Wine Company
3/4 oz 36% Cream
2 oz Pineapple MXT Syrup**
3/4  oz Lemon Juice
 
Add ingredients to shaker tin filled with ice. Shake shake shake! Open pour contents into your favourite tiki mug. Top with crushed ice, lime zest and pineapple leaves!
**Pineapple MXT Syrup
250g Freshly Juiced Pineapple 
250g white sugar
500g water
100g coconut flakes
25g MCT Powder
1/8 tsp Orange Flower Water
0.25g Xanthan Gum
 
Boil all ingredients, less the Xanthan Gum, on high for 15 min, then strain. Add 0.25g of Xanthan Gum and Mix with an Immersion Blender while still warm.
