1 oz (30 mL) Gin / Cascadian Gin - Woods Spirit Co.
1 oz (30 mL) Amaro Chiaro / Woods Spirit Co.
1 oz (30 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt Wine Company
Add ingridents to a mixing glass and fill with ice
Stir until chilled
Strain into a rocks glass
Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
