Ingredients

1 oz (30 mL) Black Truffle Vodka / Antidote Distilling Co.

1 1/2 oz (45 mL) London Dry Gin / Antidote Distilling Co.

1/2 oz (15 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt
- 1/2 oz Olive brine
- Garnish: 3 olives -or a fresh truffle slice if you can find (or spare) one.
Directions
- Add the gin, vodka, vermouth & olive brine to a mixing glass filled with ice & stir until well-chilled
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass & garnish
