Another classic within the Negroni family comes the Old Pal!

Ingredients
0.75 oz (22 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt Wine Company
1.5 oz (45 mL) Whisky / Rye - Stillhead Distillery
0.75 oz (22 mL) Campari or Woods Amaro
Directions
Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass
Stir until chilled
Strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with an lemon twist and enjoy
