Kina-Salal, Blackberry Gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, bitters. The massively popular cocktail I Live in Vic West from Clive's Classic Lounge in Victoria! In 2021 this was their second most popular cocktail served, only beat by the classic Negroni. It's ridiculously tasty for laid back summer days.

Ingredients

1.5 oz (45 mL) Blackberry Gin / Stillhead Distillery

1 oz (30 mL) Kina-Salal / Esquimalt

0.25 oz (7 mL) Simple Syrup (1.5 turbinado sugar : 1 water)

0.75 oz (22 mL) lemon juice

1 dash Lem Marakesh Bitters / Bittered Sling
Directions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice. Garnish with two lemon slices and enjoy!
