By adding multipul layers of citrus to this drink we are able to build some serious complexity that is a true pleasure to endugle.

Ingredients
1 oz (30 mL) Citrus Gin / Arbutus Distillery
1.5 oz (45 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt Wine Company
0.5 oz (15 mL) Blue Curacao / Sons of Vancouver
0.5 oz (15 mL) Fresh orange juice
2 pumps Cocktail Foamer / Rootside Bitters & Mixers or an egg white
Directions
Fill a shaker tin with ice
Add ingredients to ice filled shaker
Hard shake until chilled
Double strain into a large coupe
Garnish with an orange twist
