Dry Vermouth / Cocktail Recipe
We've been huge fans of Woods Distillery in North Vancouver since they first came our with their famous Amaro. Every product they make is a knock-out and we cannot recommend trying them enough!
1.5 oz (45 mL) Cascadian Dry Gin / The Woods Spirits Co.
1.5 oz (45 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt Wine Company
2 dashes Cascadian Bitters / Rootside Bitters & Mixers
Add ingridents to a mixing glass and then fill with ice
Stir until chilled
Strain into a Nick & Nora glass and enjoy!
