Rosso Vermouth / Cocktails

1 oz (30 mL) Rye Whisky (Prospector) / Odd Society Spirits
1/4 oz (7 mL) Nocino! / Ampersand Distillery
3/4 oz (22 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt
1 Dash Coffee & Cardamom Bitters / Rootisde Bitters
Pour ingredients over ice in a mixing glass and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a orange twist and rosemary sprig or cherry.
