First served in the 1860s in Gaspare Campari's bar in Milan, this was originally known as the 'Milano-Torino' as Campari came from Milano (Milan) and sweet vermouth from Torino (Turin). 1 oz (30 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt

1 oz (30 mL) Campari or Woods Amaro

Sparkling Water or Club Soda
Directions
Pour all ingredients over lots of ice and gently stir
Garnish with a slice of orange
