From Mike Norbury of Nubo Japanese Tapas ! A little prep work goes a long way with this 100% BC cocktail

Ingredients
1.5 oz Kazuki Gin / Sheringham Distillery
0.5 oz Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt Wine Company
0.75 oz Lime Acid Solution (see video for details)
0.75 oz Sour Raspberry Beer Syrup (see video for details)
3 Dashes Trans Canada / Ms Better Bitters
1 Dash Foamer / Ms Better Bitters
Directions
Combine ingredients in an ice filled shaker. Shake shake shake! Double strain into a coupe and garnish with a spruce tip. See instagram video above for prepartion of Lime Acid Solution and Rasberry Beer Syrup
