Mildly bitter and Manhattan-esque, this one is a superb slow sipper by the Apothecary Formulary.

Ingredients
2 oz Barrel Aged Genever (Dutch Courage) / deVine Distillery

1/2 oz Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt Wine Company
1/3 oz Cynar

Dash of Orange Bitters / Rootside Bitters & Mixers
3 drops Orange Blossom Water
Directions
Stir over ice until chilled and strain into a coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
